CDS Student Showcase

We are delighted to invite you to our CDS Student Showcase! Join us on March 25 from 12–2pm EST/9-10am PST/4-6pm GMT for a hybrid event celebrating the work of the students working for CDS/HC projects. This event is co-sponsored by the Humanities Center and the Centers for Digital Scholarship.

This event will begin in 350 Snell Library with hybrid lightning talks, with support for remote participation via Zoom. The lightning talks will feature undergraduate and graduate student presentations about the digital projects supported in the CDS. The projects represented will include: the Center for Transformative Media, the Reckonings Project, the NULab for Digital Humanities and Computational Social Science, the Digital Archive of Indigenous Language Persistence, the Early Black Boston Digital Almanac, Mapping Black London, and the Digital Transgender Archive.

Following the talks, there will be an informal reception in the Centers for Digital Scholarship in which attendees can mingle, explore the CDS, and learn more about each project through a poster.

Food will be provided and the event is open to the larger Northeastern community. Please RSVP here.
