Project Management Workshop

Please join us on June 17 at 11am in the CDS for a workshop on fundamentals of digital humanities project management! This workshop is aimed at the needs and interests of CDS projects and researchers (including graduate students), including the following areas:

• Good practices in training and documentation
• Good practices in communication and work planning
• Useful tools for different aspects of project management
• Creating a cohesive and empowered project team, including student colleagues and community partners

We’ll also invite projects to share their challenges and questions, and we’ll have time to discuss what’s working and what could work better. Please RSVP here.
