Humanities Center Global Fellows Symposium

The Northeastern Humanities Center is pleased to present the Global Fellows Distinguished Lecture, the annual launch event of the Global Fellows Program. We are thrilled to welcome Professor Patricia Williams, University Distinguished Professor of Law and Humanities and a pioneering figure in critical race theory and the law and literature movement, whose groundbreaking work at the intersection of race, gender, technology, and the law brings a powerful and timely lens to this year’s theme of revolutions. Professor Williams will deliver her lecture, The Disembodied Revolution: Humanities, Inhumanities, and the Amputation of Reality, on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 5:00 PM in Snell Library, Room 350.
